The adjudicators will be made aware of this issue as they judge the performances. Please use whichever published markings you are most comfortable with for your performance.

A conference pianist will be assigned to rehearse/perform with every registered competitor. Competitors are allowed to bring their own collaborative pianist to the competition but must notify the conference host (gprtec2022@gmail.com) to ensure that a conference pianist is not assigned to rehearse/perform with you.

Rehearsals with pianists will take place on the evening of Thursday, May 18th and each competition will take place in a single round on May 19th, with winners to be announced at Friday evening's featured concert. Award money will be determined by competition registrations.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR STUDENT DIVISIONS: There is an AGE LIMIT for the student divisions. For the 2022 GPRTEC, a participant who will be 20 years old or older on December 1, 2022, is NOT ELIGIBLE to apply in either student division. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
